When your point balance reaches the required amount, you unlock the benefits connected to your next tier.

L3 Membership is our free loyalty program. Earn points with every purchase and selected actions, redeem them for products or discounts, and grow through three tiers: Trinity, Trilogy and Trillium.
Joining is free and all you need is an email address. Sign up via the Membership tab on this page or in one of our stores and subscribe to our newsletter to receive 500 welcome points. You start in Trinity.
Every €1 you spend earns you 10 points in Trinity, 12.5 points in Trilogy and 15 points in Trillium. A €20 purchase earns 200, 250 or 300 points.
Points are calculated on the amount you actually pay for your items, after any discount and excluding shipping costs. They are added to your account automatically after payment.

Welcome and birthday gifts are given as points, not as a physical gift. You can find all actions in the Earn tab.
Everyone starts in Trinity. Reach 4,500 total earned points to move up to Trilogy, and 12,000 to reach Trillium.
All earned points count towards your tier, including bonus points. Once you reach a tier, you keep it: redeeming points or losing points does not lower your tier.
- Trinity: 10 points per €1, 30 min early access to drops, sale and restocks, previews of new collections, updates on collections, offers and events, 300 birthday points every year and a 14-day return period.
- Trilogy: everything in Trinity, plus 12.5 points per €1, 60 min early access, exclusive content and a 21-day return period.
- Trillium: everything in Trilogy, plus 15 points per €1, 24 hours early access, free delivery and priority access to L3 events.

Online: open the Rewards tab on this page and redeem the reward you want. You'll receive a code to use at checkout.
In store: our staff will help you redeem your points. Show your L3 Wallet Pass by holding your phone to the payment terminal or letting us scan the barcode or QR code.
Every reward is valid for one year from the moment you redeem your points for it. This applies to both discount rewards and product rewards.
Each discount reward has a minimum order amount for your items:
- €25 off: from €50
- €50 off: from €100
- €100 off: from €200
The minimum is calculated after product discounts, such as sale prices. A sale item of €50 qualifies for €25 off, so you pay €25. An item originally priced at €80 with a sale price of €40 does not qualify.
- You can use one discount reward per order.
- You can combine it with product discounts and sale.
- You cannot combine it with a discount on the entire order.
If you haven't made a purchase for one year, 5 points per day are deducted from your balance. Your next purchase stops the deduction and starts a new one-year period. Your tier is always kept.
You can return items within 14 days in Trinity and 21 days in Trilogy and Trillium. Our normal return conditions apply, also for rewards, both online and in store.
- Regular purchase: you get back the amount you paid for the item, and the points earned with that item are deducted.
- Product received as a reward: the points or reward you used are restored. A product paid fully with points is not refunded in euros. A size exchange is possible if the product comes in different sizes.
- Purchase with a discount reward: you get back the amount you actually paid. If you return the full order, your discount reward becomes available again. The points earned with the purchase are deducted.
Example: an item of €100 with a €25 discount reward, so you paid €75. After a full return you get €75 back and your €25 reward is available again.
Online, if you withdraw from your entire order, any standard delivery costs you paid are refunded too. Your statutory rights for faulty products always remain.
Log in and open the Membership tab to see your points, your current tier and your next reward. Tap Add to Wallet to keep your L3 Wallet Pass on your phone.
