Section 1 General knowledge
1.0 The website www.lumi3re.com is the property of LUMI3RE.
1.1 The present general terms and conditions govern the relationship between the Customer and lumi3re.com relating to the purchase of the lumi3re products which are offered on the website.
1.2 All agreements that are entered with lumi3re are governed by Dutch law.

Section 2 Product availability

2.0 The products of LUMI3RE can be purchased online. All products are supplied according to availability at the time of order.

2.1 LUMI3RE reserves the right to change the amount and/or the supply of the products that are purchased through the site at any time.

2.2 The Customer is warned if the required product is not available.

Section 3 Product and ordering

3.1 The details and the price of the product are listed in detail on the page that is reserved for each product that is included on the website.

3.2 To buy the selected item, the Customer must follow the instructions mentioned on the website and fill in the online sale form and send it to LUMI3RE. The Customer adds the product to his/her “cart” after reading and accepting the shipping expenses, the conditions and the general cancellation policy. The Customer then determines the way he/she wishes to pay and then continues with the “buy” button.

3.3 If the Customer has improvements or changes that need to be made to the data in the order, he must follow them on the site mentioned procedure for rectifying the orders, before he completes the order. The Customer may correct the number of products that he/she wishes to purchase by adding or removing one or more products in your shopping cart.










Section 4 Pricing

4.1 All prices on the site are in euros/pound sterling and include VAT and applicable taxes. Shipping and delivery fees are not included.

4.2 LUMI3RE optimally strives to that all pricing information on the site is correct, but cannot guarantee that no error occurs. In the event that the price of a product is faulty, LUMI3RE provides the Customer, the ability to order the product at the correct price to confirm or cancel the order. If LUMI3RE fails to contact the Customer, the order will be considered canceled.

4.3 The ownership of the product purchased through the site is transferred to the Customer upon delivery, provided that LUMI3RE has received full payment of the goods. The risks of damage to or loss of the product are transferred to the Customer at the time of delivery.


Section 5 Purchase agreement

5.1 The purchase agreement entered by and between LUMI3RE and the Customer, is considered closed and the parties duly contracted at the time the Customer order properly passes – in accordance with the on the site mentioned purchase procedure and after LUMI3RE has received the approval of the credit card provider that the payment is accepted.

5.2 The Customer’s order that has been received by LUMI3RE is only binding if the entire purchase procedure has been followed properly and correctly, without any errors on the site. LUMI3RE is not responsible for any errors, caused by a technical failure of the internet connection of the Customer.

5.3 By placing his / her order to LUMI3RE, the Customer acknowledges and confirms that he/she is aware of the instructions in the purchasing process, he/she has accepted them and that he/she fully agrees to the terms hereof.

Section 6 Payment

6.1 Customers can pay by credit card (VISA or MasterCard), IDEAL, PayPal, Klarna and by bank transfer for the products and the corresponding delivery costs.

6.2 Transactions are only written off the credit of the Client after the credit card information is verified; the authorization for the payment of the credit card booking is received from the issuer of the credit card used by the Customer, and the availability of the product by lumi3re.com is sufficient, and therefore, the order is ready to be performed.

6.3 At the time of shipment the order proposal will not be written off, with the exception of any necessary costs for checking the validity of the credit card.

6.4 LUMI3RE accepts payments by bank transfer to the following IBAN code: NL52 INGB 0006 8625 13. All costs and expenses (including bank charges) related to the bank transfer to the Customer that may be charged by his or her bank, shall be paid by the Customer.








Section 7 Shipping and delivery

Note: Delivery times may take longer during Black Friday Week. We ensure that all orders are dispatched quickly. Delivery companies are often stretched during this week. Expect slights delays.


7.1 All orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days after receipt of payment confirmation. Orders will only be shipped once full payment has been successfully received and cleared.
7.2 LUMI3RE offers worldwide shipping. Availability of shipping services may vary depending on the destination country and local regulations.
7.3 Orders are shipped via DHL, PostNL, or another designated carrier selected by LUMI3RE. All shipments include a tracking number, which will be provided to the customer once the order has been dispatched.
7.4 Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. LUMI3RE is not responsible for delays, additional costs, failed deliveries, or returned shipments resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.
LUMI3RE does not deliver to P.O. Box addresses.
7.5 Estimated delivery times are provided for informational purposes only and are not guaranteed. Delivery times may vary due to factors beyond LUMI3RE's reasonable control, including but not limited to customs clearance procedures, carrier delays, weather conditions, public holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.
7.6 For orders shipped outside the European Union, customs duties, import taxes, VAT, clearance fees, and any other charges imposed by local authorities are the sole responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated at checkout. LUMI3RE has no control over such charges and cannot predict their amount.
7.7 All international shipments are accompanied by an official commercial invoice declaring the actual purchase value of the goods in accordance with applicable customs and tax regulations.
LUMI3RE will not declare lower values, alter product descriptions, or mark orders as gifts. Such practices are prohibited under international trade and customs regulations.
7.8 For consumer purchases, the risk of loss or damage to the products remains with LUMI3RE until the goods have been delivered to the customer or to a third party designated by the customer, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
7.9 If a shipment is returned to LUMI3RE due to an incorrect address, failure to collect the shipment, refusal of delivery, or non-payment of customs duties and taxes, LUMI3RE reserves the right to deduct any shipping costs, return shipping costs, customs charges, administrative fees, and other expenses incurred from any refund issued.
7.10 LUMI3RE shall not be held liable for delays or failures in delivery caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, transportation disruptions, governmental actions, customs delays, pandemics, cyber incidents, or other force majeure events.
7.11 If a shipment is lost or arrives damaged, customers must notify LUMI3RE as soon as reasonably possible after the expected delivery date or receipt of the package. LUMI3RE will cooperate with the carrier to investigate the matter and, where applicable under consumer law, provide an appropriate solution.


Section 8 Shipping fee

8.1 Shipping Fees – The Netherlands
Shipping within the Netherlands is free of charge for all orders with a total value of €50 or more. For orders below €50, standard shipping fees apply and will be clearly displayed during the checkout process. In-store pickup is available within the Netherlands for a fee of €3.50 per order.
8.2 Shipping Fees – European Union (excluding The Netherlands)
Shipping costs within the European Union (excluding the Netherlands) vary depending on the destination country, shipping method, and order details. Applicable shipping fees typically range between €7 and €15 and will be calculated and displayed during the checkout process before payment is completed.
8.3 Shipping Fees – Outside the European Union
For international orders outside the European Union, a standard shipping fee of €25 applies. Any additional customs duties, import taxes, or local charges are not included in the shipping fee and remain the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Section 9 Returns & refund

9.1 Products may be returned within 14 days from the delivery date, provided the items are returned in new, unused, unworn, and unwashed condition, with all original tags attached.

9.2 Used products are not eligible for return or exchange.

9.3 Exchange requests are subject to availability. Shipping costs related to exchanges are at the customer’s own expense.

9.4 Refunds will be issued to the original payment method after receipt and inspection of the returned product and may take up to 7 working days to process.

9.5 Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless stated otherwise.

9.6 Return shipments are made at the customer’s own cost and risk until received at LUMI3RE’s designated return address.

9.7 If refund protection is selected, the risk of loss during return transit is transferred to the refund protection provider and reimbursement will be issued in the event of loss, subject to verification.

9.8 If refund protection is not selected, LUMI3RE is not liable for return shipments that are lost, delayed, or damaged in transit. The customer must contact the shipping carrier directly, and no reimbursement will be issued.

Section 10 Authenticity guaranteed

10.1 LUMI3RE guarantees the authenticity of all products ordered through the site be purchased.

10.2 The original LUMI3RE products are sold exclusively on the internet through the site www.lumi3re com. All intellectual property rights such as trademarks, service marks, brands, and copyrights are the exclusive property of LUMI3RE. No page or other contents of the site may be reproduced without the prior written permission of LUMI3RE

Section 11 Applicable law

11.1 The Agreement between the Buyer and the Seller is governed by Dutch law.
